Good Points

It seems to work perfectly on my dad's computer, he recommended it to me.


Bad Points

I have yet to get it to work. I emailed the support line over and over with the same feedback from them. It was very frustrating.


General Comments

Like I wrote before, my dad got DVD Cloner II and it works flawlessly everytime he uses it. When I got it a couple of months ago, I think I tried every possible thing I could think of to get it to work. I have a newer laptop so with nothing on the hard drive but Windows XP I was able to format the hard drive and reload everything time and time again. I emailed the support line but they weren't helpful. I asked for my money back over and over again within the first week of having Cloner 2 and they never replied. It's very frustrating, because on my dad's computer it works perfectly, but on mine, I can't get it to work at all. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying it due to the poor support from Cloner2 and not holding up their end of the bargain to return money if not happy within 30 days.
