If you sign up and have no problems they will bill you regularly.
Bad Points
Disgraceful customer service.
They have more than one company (Telco).
General Comments
I thought I was getting a tariff change with Onetel, when really I was switching companies. I was offered a tariff (free weekend and evening calls), and then basically put on pay as you use. I had to set up another direct debit, yet they continued to take money from both. I cancelled both direct debit's until it was sorted, and was charged excess amounts in penalties. Even for one that they admitted was their error!! I sent a final cheque in the hope this was the end, yet 3 weeks after they cashed it, they are still demanding it. Now they are threatening me with legal action, doorstep debt collectors, and registering me with debt collection agencies.
You never know how bad a company is until you have to deal with customer service.
