Well, at least they emailed me back.
Bad Points
Cannot even put new releases in your queue for 8 days after they come out. Might as well prepare to wait months to get your movies.
General Comments
The DVD Barn Online DVD Rental service have no phone number to call, and they will not give you one. They seem to have no concern for customer service.
