General Comments
I got the Samsung Z500 mobile phone on a free upgrade, and I wish I hadn't bothered. I have had nothing but trouble with it since the word go. It took a week for the sim card to register and work, the battery lasts a day and a half if I am lucky, the clock regularly changes time in some random fashion, and I spend most of the time being able to only make emergency calls. I really wish I had stayed with my old phone. Very disappointed.

I had the same problem with the clock on my phone and the good news is, it is easily sorted! I had ticked 'Automatic updates' in the time and date setting, if you untick this, the time is fine! As for the battery, make sure you have network mode (in connectivity - network settings) on GSM 900/1800 so that it does not work through 3G, that should sort that out. A lot of people have commented on how quiet it is, but I don't see the problem myself it is loud enough for me.
