Signal. Choice of free phones. Free texts. Good customer service (99% of the time).
I once had this useless guy trying to help me out in the store ages ago.
I've been with Orange for about 3 or 4 years in total. I once left them for T-mobile, thinking that their offer was good, and it would have been, if I has had any signal, so I moved back to Orange.
On 120 minutes you get a few free quality phones on offer to you. On 200 minutes you get even more free quality phones on offer. So no extra cost there!
On Pay Monthly, the customers seem to have have priority over Pay As You Go customers. I think this is because on Pay Monthly I always get put straight through, whereas on Pay As You Go, you either get put straight through, or you have to wait a few minutes. Usually I get put through to some nice people, and some are really jolly!
I have had a signal about 99% of the time, and I rarely have no signal. I even have a signal in the pub where no one else has a signal, except those on Orange. Having signal is Orange's best feature, and this is what you're truly paying for.
There are now some good offers to both new and existing customers. Some of which I have taken advantage of, and I am really pleased about.
So I now have a good service, a good signal, 200 minute xnet, and loads of texts! What more could you ask for?!
