Good Points

Absolutely none. I guess they are cheap, but when you realise you get nothing in return they are overpriced.


Bad Points

Never delivers.
Rude customer service.


General Comments

I've had problems with Bargain Furniture for months. I ordered a sofa and two armchairs over a month ago and have been given excuse after excuse. Sometimes they don't even answer the phone. First excuse: Out of stock. Please wait 28 days. Fine. Next excuse: We were going to deliver to you today, but the van broke down on the motorway. You will now have to wait another 25 days for delivery - but it's not guaranteed to come on the date they gave me. Requested refund - been told to wait another 30 DAYS!! You will not get any products you pay for, and you will never see that money again. I am not the only one to have had these exact problems. They may be a bit cheaper, but please - get it from a reputable, real company. OFT, Watchdog, Small Claims Court and my bank are all working to get my money recovered. Avoid!!

    I think they've gone bankrupt now. Website doesn't exist and phone rings unanswered. Paid for goods by debit card so will hopefully get some of my money back from my bank! Fingers crossed!!
