Good Points

24 hour box office. VAT, postage and tax costs were already included in their prices. A good selection of tickets. I found the website easy to navigate, which is good.

Bad Points

A couple of small things, nothing worth mentioning though.

General Comments

I like the idea that the ticket agency J & A Events, have all costs included in their prices, unlike some other Ticket Agencies where they have put VAT & delivery charges on after I have selected the tickets, and gone to the purchase page which is very bad. Their 24 hour box office is handy if you need to ask questions at any time. I like the navigation bar on the side, as I could get to everything they sell by clicking once, instead of going through a load of pages, which is very annoying. They send their tickets by Special Delivery, so the tickets are insured, and they promise that if they are lost they will send me duplicate tickets the same day, which I liked, and it made me feel a lot safer.
