General Comments

I Ordered a Canon digital camera via the Internet Cameras Direct website. It came within a few days, however the camera package was all in FRENCH. I tried to call the company but their phone lines are never answered, and they just ring constantly engaged. I did get a reply from the first email I sent, saying that I couldn't have a English version? As I'm not fluent in French I decided to take my life into my own hands and return the camera to them, and then bombarded them with emails demanding a refund. I ALSO SPOKE TO THE MD. I had no reply by email, but after 3 weeks of waiting I did get a full refund.(Maybe the call to the MD helped)!
