The rep was the best rep we have ever had in Margarita. She was so helpful and always very friendly to the customers; never in a hurry to get away, no matter how long the customers talked to her.
There was a mouse in the bedroom!
Twice we have travelled to Margarita, Venezuela with First Choice, and twice we had the same rep. We have been all over the globe, but that particular rep is simply the best rep. She is so friendly and always has time for everyone, and she even kisses everyone goodbye at the airport. She managed to keep the rooms for everyone, for up to 1 hour before we all had to leave the hotel, free of charge. She is a breath of fresh air compared to reps we have met in other hotels. The hotel we stayed at was the Pueblo Caribe.
