Good Points

The only good points were that the pool was nice and there was plenty of sun beds.

General Comments

Where do you start the Los lomas apartments were disgusting the beds were so uncomfortable they were never changed in the week we stayed. The cleanliness of the apartments left a lot to be desired. In the brochure it said that the beds were changed 5 times a week!. There was no cleaning facilities like a broom. There was a bad boys house at the back of the apartment which was very noisy went on all evening and throughout the night. There was work being done on the complex which was done just outside our apartment and left a lot of mess which was never cleaned away. the public toilets in reception were disgusting mess all over the toilet and the floor unable to be used. the floor around the swimming pool was very slippery and dangerous for all. The water kept being turned off so left without any water. if you are located at the back of the complex like our family it is a nightmare to get up with the suitcases and buggy as there is 3 lots of steps no ramps. The complex is situated on a very steep hill (Cardiac Hill) not suitable for the elderly or families with small children in buggys. Found that the rep was very unhelpful. I would not recommend these apartments to anybody but I would recommend the island of Lanzarote.
