Good Points
The amazing resolution camera, still the best on the market, nothing comes close. Simple to navigate, and very easy to use.

Bad Points
It doesn't remember words, which is real pain. The alarm is pretty useless, as I don't think there is a snooze option.

General Comments
I've had three Sharp GX20 mobile phones in the last 12 months. One wouldn't charge, the replacement had a camera that didn't work, but third time, so far so good! thank goodness it is on contract, so it is replaced without question. I absolutely adore this phone, and when it comes to the time to upgrade, I will give the new phone away and keep this one! Nothing else touches it.
