Excellent build quality
Nice touch
Simple boots despite the stupid colors
The stupid colors
The idiots who wear them
I have a strange shape of foot, but the Nike Mercurial Vapor II football boots fit me nicely, but I would advise putting on another pair of socks under them until they feel snug and tight on your feet, and there is no movement of the boot on your foot. These boots, despite the silly colors and technical blurb that comes with them, are a very very simple pair of boots. This is a good thing, as they are also very well made, which makes a change for Nike. These boots WILL NOT make you run faster. It's amazing what some people will believe isn't it?? Sadly the only downside of this boot, is the idiots it attracts like a magnet! Who believe that the boots will give them Ronaldo like skills!? He didn't get the skills with the boots, he practised a lot I guess. Dying and blow drying your hair and wearing gold vapors does not make you a better footballer, in fact it's a bit embarrassing watching you wonder why your gold boots aren't working?? This is the the only down side of an otherwise fantastic boot.
If they fit you snugly buy them! You won't be disappointed! Oh by the way, gold boots are like trophy's, DO NOT WEAR THEM unless you are scoring heavily in EVERY game, or everyone will snigger at you and your fancy boots.
