Good Points

Very helpful staff, falling over themselves to help. Good entertainment in the evenings, especially for children, and plenty to do all day. You don't have to leave resort, and food and drink is always available. Very clean throughout. Beautiful and safe beach. Towels were provided for the beach as well as your rooms, and they were plentiful.

Bad Points

The food was generally good, but got very boring. The only cereals on offer were muesli and Coco Pops. We booked and paid extra for superior rooms but they were horrible, so don't waste your money. We booked them because we needed the lift with 2 children, but still had to drag the buggies up 5 steps. The hotel is in desperate need of a total update, though I must stress it is immaculate. There is paragliding on the beach but don't bother! It is run by young lads who haven't a clue, and there were three accidents whilst we where there - one serious. The kids room was a joke; run by a really nice lady whose son was there all the time, and was a little terror with the other kids. Every one of the big toys was broken, and none of the pens or crayons worked; even the jigsaws and games had pieces missing.

General Comments

We had a good holiday at the Les Orangers Beach Resort in Hammamet, and we met some great people, but we wouldn't go back to that hotel again.
