I have used Barclays internet banking for a number of years, and I have been a Barclays customer for eight years now.
The internet service is okay, but could be improved. However without switching banks, it is difficult to say if what I am getting is any better than what other banks provide.
The main thing that annoys me is the fact that I cannot amend my personal details online. I have to write to my local branch, and this almost defeats the object of electronic banking.
I also have to log onto a separate site for my Barclaycard.
However, apart from that I would recommend the site if you want simple, easy to use, internet banking. Barclays were quick to send me log in details when I first registered, and I have never had any security problems.
