I have had the Samsung E720 mobile phone for about 4 months now. I took it back once and got a replacement, as the previous one had really bad call quality, but this one is the same! It is not so bad hearing the other person, just the other person cannot hear me properly. Phones 4 U couldn't find a problem, but trust me there is one! I'll be steering clear of Samsung from now on!!
