Unit gets too hot. Heavy, and extremly fragile.
General Comments
As a second Toshiba owner. This unit just plain and simply sucks. The unit crashes every 3 weeks. Toshibas recommendation, reformat. Error texts, non location of Hard drive. If you love migrains, Trashiba is the right product. Model "5100 problems" offers customers that, send your unit one more time for repair, that you just can't find with any other brand. Because after 4 months Toshiba wouldn't take back this great product. I'm using it as a door stopper!!! I know...pretty expensive, but at least it works there!!!

The bezel in front of the display is held down by two screws above the keyboard on each side of the Toshiba logo (behind black stickers).

Very insightful opinion on the Toshiba Satellite. So you rated it a 10/10 but say it sucks. I should have taken your advice because i bought one and it too is now a door stopper.
Mine is a model 5200 and it's three weeks old and does NOT work. Toshiba told me to "stick it"
