Helpful staff. Saved me money.
When ordering by phone you pay on your card straight away, but you have to wait days for delivery.
I phoned up Miller Brothers to buy a washing machine. I told the person on the phone that I'd seen one on the net at Currys that I liked. I was asked if the washing machine had to be a certain type, and I said no. He told me they had got one in that suited me, and he saved me money.
I would shop at Miller Brothers often if there's something I specifically want.
