General Comments

Major issues: Ruth's Chris Steakhouse provided sloppy and very slow service before, during, and after all parts of the meal. First appetizer came out right away, then salad came out 25 minutes later. Clearly they forgot about us for a while. Salad was awful. Also, they don't seem to know how to prepare a filet which they had over an hour to prepare. Ordered two of them, Medium. One was quite rare, other was medium-well. Not knowing how to make steak at a steakhouse is a big problem! And for over $30! We were never presented with dessert menus or asked if we wanted coffee. Not once in 2 hours did our waiter ask if we needed anything or even make eye contact. Finally I located the manager and asked for a check so we could finally put the miserable experience to an end. The manager had the decency to offer a gift certificate for our next visit. I informed him I would never be returning after this experience and that it should be applied to today's bill, which he promptly did.
