Good Points

Good salesman!

Bad Points

Poor quality design.
Poor quality finish.
Appauling plastering.
Lot's of corners cut.

General Comments

8 Days work turned into 3 months with Blueberry Kitchens.
Poor quality finishes.
Poorly designed (in hindsight we should have spotted this).
Avoid their recommended plasters - plastering over wallpaper that's about to be stripped does not make for a good finish!
Wrong kitchen fitted twice.
6 months later after legal arguments we are no closer to having a fully functional kitchen. We currently have a kitchen out of the modern designer catalogue - not the traditional country cottage restoration job we asked for.
Their claim - we changed the entire design of a kitchen, the wood, the style, the design - after seeing a sample of wood !

Visit our studio's in East Lothian or Edinburgh and you can view numerous letters of recommendation from satisfied clients throughout the years. In this particular case once the kitchen was installed the client then decided it was not the one they had chosen. Strange that the kitchen fitted matched the quotation and that the client never highlighted any concern until after completion. We would have thought if the wrong kitchen was being installed you would notice this at the beginning of the project not on completion, especially if a modern one was fitted when you were expecting a traditional style.
