No good points to this phone whatsoever, or to Motorola customer service regarding its repair.
Where do I begin?!
On the first day I got the Motorola V525, I charged it up as I should, and during my first call it completely died. Thus began my constant battle with Motorola. They replaced the phone. The second V525 had exactly the same faults- switching itself off, just showing a blank white screen, dying in the middle of a text on a full battery. I eventually got a THIRD phone- same thing. I have lost count of how many times I have sent this phone off to repair. Despicable. I would urge people not only to avoid this phone like the plague.
