Camera Price was good, but cheap is not always best!

Faulty goods returned and sent to France.
General Comments
I purchased a Fuji F810 from Internet Cameras Direct, and I was very pleased until it became faulty.
I returned the camera, and was advised that it would be sent to France for repair. After a month I sent several emails asking for a return date and received a standard reply 'we will deal with this matter', but no further information. I have tried telephoning and the number is continually engaged.
My camera has gone into a black hole and I do not know what to do.
