Good build quality.
1) Heat issue (causes system to freeze).
2) Lack of video memory (4MB only on model 12XL423).
3) Only one slot for RAM upgrade.
4) Short battery life.
The HP Compaq Presario 1200 laptop computer has good build quality, but the heat issue makes the laptop pretty much useless.
Consider this laptop if you need something to warm up your house in winter.
