Good Points

Easy to look at web site.


Bad Points

Orderd a wooden castle for my son's birthday, it left the warehouse, never reached Scotland and ended back in the warehouse. When it was re-orderd it came but it was all damaged and that happened before it was packed.


General Comments

Hamleys need to check their stock properly before sending them from the warehouse.
