Brilliant value for money. Entertainment was great. Overall was really impressed with holiday camp.
Check out time was too early (10 am) & nowhere safe to leave luggage so had to put our luggage in reception area at our own risk.
After a close family bereavement I felt my daughter & I needed a well deserved break. I booked a short break at Presthaven Sands as I got a really good late deal. I was a tad wary as I'd never been to this site before. Upon arrival I was impressed almost straight away. The staff were very friendly & it seemed clean & well kept. I only booked a standard caravan, it was basic but clean & in a nice location on the park, just a short walk from the entertainment complex & the beach. After a few hours I felt at ease & was relieved that all was ok. We had a fantastic time at Presthaven Sands & will definitely be going back there. The only complaint I have is that the check out time of 10 am is too early, as we wanted to spend a full day there before heading back home, & the only place we could leave our luggage was in reception at our own risk. Fortunately nothing happened to our luggage & we got to spend more time at the park. Overall I was very impressed with the holiday, can't wait to go back!
