Continuing to improve in all areas from competitive prices to availability on the shelves.
Not all areas covered by the Sainsburys to you delivery service.
I think Sainsburys is the only supermarket out there that is getting the balance right for what people want when they go to the supermarket. If you go to Tesco or Asda then the first thing you have to do before you get to the food section is walk through aisle after aisle of non foods items, then when you get to the food sections you have to fight to get past all the cages and empty boxes in the way to get to a shelf and when you get to the end of every food aisle there are more TV's and Video's and non food items in the way etc etc etc. When I shop at Sainsburys the whole experience is more relaxed and I can get my food shopping and if I like then I can have a look at the non food section which is usually situated in the middle of the stores but doesn't take over the store. The food is better quality and the price is now the same as and sometimes cheaper than Asda and Tesco's.
I think people are getting tired of "IN YOUR FACE" supermarkets trying to take over every aspect of your life, and I think we may well start to see a down turn in the fortunes of Tesco and Asda when people realise that Sainsburys can do the same food for less and with a lot less fuss and a lot more quality.
