Do not order from Internet Cameras Direct! I just wish I'd read this topic before ordering from them. I ordered something from Internet Cameras Direct about 3 years ago and they were fantastic, couldn't have been more helpful. I was therefore quite happy to use what I thought was the same company again, how wrong I was. Ordered a Sony DVD203 from them and they took the money straight away, no snags I thought. 4 days later they e-mail me to say because of fraud they want proof of who I am. I e-mail them back asking what they require and hear nothing. Decide to fax them the info they want. Folllow it up with a letter to them by special delivery asking them to contact us, (a suggestion from Trading Standards who I had contacted.) Wahey we get a response, they will send out our order as soon as they have some in which will be tomorrow apparently. I ask them for a phone number and they are cagey and eventually say that they don't work or something, but she says she'll call me by 11:30 on the next day with the despatch details. What a suprise, I don't hear from them and the website still has the item out of stock. We shall wait and see what happens next

An Update on this debacle, the company now no longer operates out of Huddersfield but is instead based in the Barbican in London, unfortunately there is no phone numbers available. I think that all of their work is now done from France as they've very sneakily added a French Address to their UK Website. Should have had a refund today but still no joy. If anyone has any good contact numbers for them can they post them on here please!
