Terrific grinding and turning, lightweight, looks cool.
Can't adjust kingpin with socket type wrench/skate tool (angle of kingpin and bolt too close to hanger). Have to use a crescent type wrench/skate tool.
Bushings that come with them don't allow for tight trucks.
Other than the wrench thing (I have an Alien Workshop Zip tool which I can't use to tighten/loosen trucks with) - the Thunder High are great trucks.
The bushings that come with them are really soft - you can't get them tight or medium tight. I swapped them for some Shorty's do medium hards and now the trucks are perfect.
They grind great, there is a lot of kingpin clearance. more than other trucks (except for weak king pinned grind kings - inverted kingpins suck anyway-very weak). The kingpins on these have held up great, I have bombed off stairs and drops and they take a pounding. Good trucks, Get them.
