Handsome big beast, presence, pleasure to drive, space , 8 seats, quality cabin, comfortable seats, feeling of indestuctability, everyone loves it.
25 /27mpg which is not bad for a heavyweight.
Had the 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser Colorado 5 door vx, 3 litre diesel auto for one year, having owned numerous vehicles Mercs, Audis ,Cherokees etc, I can confirm that this is the real deal, no matter who gets in the vehicle, they all comment on the Cruiser's qualities. It is a pleasure to drive, practicality of the seats [electric, heated leather] is incredible. This vehicle stands out in a crowded carpark, the sheer driveability is unsurpassed in 4x4s, only last week I went to a garage to MOT the car, attached to this MOT station was a car showroom selling used 4x4 vehicles of various types. I left my cruiser and returned 4 hours later to pick the car up having skated the MOT incidentally the mechanic told me that the salesman from the showroom next door was pulling his hair out as every prospective customer had left his forecourt and had enquired if the cruiser was for sale, it cheered me up, nuff said.
