Very welcoming at first.

In short they don't listen.


General Comments

I had a loan for a car from GE Capital Woodchester Car Loan's. As I was doing very well, I had plenty of work and could afford the repayments. I was offered PREMIER payment protection. Thinking the way life can go it would be a good idea. 3 months later I had a brain hemorrhage (damn), nothing in the family to suggest I may have this sort of problem, but it happened. Ahhh payment protection I thought. To cut a long story short. It's like talking to a brick wall!! They really don't care!!
