Staff are friendly, helpful and apologetic about how poor their quality of stock is.
Prices are good but the stock isnt, so it's a one step forward two steps back sort of thing.
I went into my local JJB in North London and was served by a friendly helpful person on every department. Though they were short staffed and all seemed to have pre arranged jobs to do they all took the time out to help me.
The layout on the clothing department was sublime and the department as a whole was well kept.
Others looked slightly worse for wear however, but the staff were still helpful. They also understood that they were selling rubbish stock and couldn't have been more sorry if they'd tried. It's a shame that such good members of staff in such a busy store have so much to do and get so little reward.
