Parking charge of £4.00 - long queues - completely useless staff when a complaint is made, expensive food and drink.
General Comments
9 hrs in Alton Towers - 3 rides went on - queues were awful - prices too high - emailed their "customer services" only to have a stock reply then no further communication. Won't be going back again.

I would reccomend you visit at the end of October. I have just gone myself, and Oblivion, Air, Nemises and all other top rides were 5 mins at the most! I would fully advise this tip!
