The hotel staff are very friendly. Rooms are kept clean and tidy every day.

General Comments
My brother and I arrived at the Hotel Santa Fe on the 30th of August. It was a very hot day, so we were hoping to get to our rooms pretty quickly and we weren't let down.
The hotel staff or (cast members ) as they like to be called were very friendly and above all professional.
Having all the Disney Stars in the one hotel was a great thrill.
The best was yet to come, having set the alarm call for 9am, the phone rang, still half a sleep I managed to mumble a sleepy good morning, however I was soon to be wide awake and roaring with laughter because the voice at the end of the phone was none-other than Goofy
The hotel Santa Fe is set in a beautiful Woodland area, with ducks and trout, sharing the same river. Only 15 minutes from the main attractions, it makes for a very pleasant stroll.
I really would recommend you walk, as the free shuttle bus can become very over crowded, specially at tea-time.
