Good Points

Design


Bad Points

Poor quality in finished product (i.e. low quality material). Can only get spare parts via Dyson.
Poor customer service - cannot get a quote about part unless booked the vacuum in for service with minimum startup cost.


General Comments

Within 2 years my Dyson DC04 Silver Lime Upright has had broken hose (although replaced under warrenty).
Within 3 years, sealed electric cable broken.
Within 5 years, motor burn/borken down.
