Good Points

Cheap, but you can not claim for anything back.

Your money is wasted by all means.


General Comments

Bought travel insurance twice from Go Travel Insurance. First time, my mobile phone was stolen and I did not get anything back even if I had a police certificate. Second time, I would like a refund because I did not get a visa for travelling from the German embassy. They asked for a lot of certificates and found all sorts of excuses not to give me the refund. According to their web site, you can get your money back for any reason as only as you ask for it within 14 days of making the purchases and you have not claimed or started your holiday. This is totaly a lie. Do not believe them. Stay away from them.
