It fails if you are running, and you get a refurbished one if your ipod needs to be replaced
I loved it until I started to run with it. It's been three times already that my Apple ipod fails and cannot be restarted while I'm jogging. The representatives in the customer service tell me that I shouldn't place it on waist, but it fails even if I have it on my arm or hold it in my hand. Apparantly, the shocks from my steps interfere with the spinning of the hard drive and can cause the hard drive to freeze.
One more thing: if anything happens to your iPod, they will not give you a new one, only a refurbished - which obviously increases the chances of future troubles.
