Hard to find replacement parts. Has not held up well. Does not do well with pet hair.
After less than a year of use, the beater brush on my Bosch Cyclone Jet Vacuum cleaner jammed, in spite of cleaning regularly. The plastic melted and fused together. Parts are difficult to disassemble, and almost impossible to find, and service centers are limited.
