Good Points

Family run studios, and top class family I can say. very friendly, helpful, and we were made to feel so welcome. Food very nice. Rooms clean and rather spacious.

Bad Points

Walking from Dias Studios to Bar Street to hit town and get drunk on a night out was a nightmare. It took about 15 minutes, but the fact you had to walk down a dirt track along a busy road with cars constantly zooming past you, was a bit disappointing.

General Comments

We went to the Falaraki Dias Studios on the 7th of September this year for one week. Three Geordie lasses looking to have a really good time out there. We arrived in the early hours of the morning, and what a sight it looked. We didn't know what we had let ourselves in for.

We woke early the next morning to have a totally different opinion on the place. It was lovely, with a big spacious pool, plenty of sun loungers, and of course what everyone would love... a 24 hour bar.

The weather was red hot. Too hot to lie in, so we took lots of walks to the beach and shops. There were not many shops in Falaraki, and they were all just the same gift shops selling the same stuff as the one before. There were perfume shops etc, but many shops were selling bottles of perfume for an amazing 3 Euros, but don't be fooled by this, as they did smell funny, and nothing like the originals.

When going out down town to Bar Street, don't make the same mistake we did on our first night, by going out early (9pm ish), as it is still very quiet, and you will left to sit around like a dafty for an hour and a bit, waiting for more people to come out. It usually starts getting busy from 10pm onwards, and a great night you will have from here onwards, with all the free shots and fishbowls that are on offer for going into certain bars. Go to Breeze! What a great bar, and the music is class for the young. It is bouncy and jumpy, and guaranteed to start your night off and get you in that mood. There are plenty of nightclubs to head off to when it gets to the that time for nightclubbing. Q is a great club with three floors to choose from, with a different style of music on each to suit your fancy. You must go to Kostas for your munch on the way home. It is right next door to the nightclub Q, and is very nice and tasty.

My week soon flew and came to an end. I did enjoy it, but I anticipated it to be better than it was, from the reviews I had read from other people who had been.

I would not go back to the place. I am so looking forward to my holiday on the 27th September this year to Magaluf. I have been before, and what a top place to go... I advise you all to go.
