Looks. Option of heavy clean for bottom basket, and light clean for top (delicates).
Dead on arrival, would not fill with water.
My Hotpoint FDW80 was DOA due to a stuck solenoid on the water input port. The biggest problem, was that Comet refused to take it back until one of their engineers visited and agreed it didn't work. I wasted a whole week, so in all, the machine may be OK if you get a good one, but Comet's customer services leaves a lot to be desired!
