Customer service is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The prices for reseller and shared hosting is good.
Dedicated server prices are a little high I think, but the service you get makes up for it.
I've been with Hostdime for two years. I started with a shared host, moved to a reseller account, and then to a dedicated server. Up time is very important. On occasion there are minor issues, but that is the nature of the business. NO server is going to have 100% up-time, and anyone getting a website needs to understand that. When there are issues, they are on top of it and get things going again fast. I'm happy with them and plan on staying.
