General Comments
I purchased a few Gigs of quota from BinaryBiz Virtual Lab Client because our server crashed. I only used less than 1GB of quota to recover some files. A year later, when I needed to use their software again, I tried to log-in using the ID and password I was originally given, and have used. It wouldn't work at all. I contacted their customer support, and all they tell me is that they don't have any information about me or my account. So basically they just took my money for a service I only used once.

Where you ever able to recover a refund from them? I was going to file a complaint on them with the Colorado BBB (where their charges are originating), but their domain is registered with contact info in NZ. They've been giving me a ridiculously hard time about cancelling and keep threatening me with vague "cancelation fees".
