Cheap, can be found anywhere.
Strange.
As an American, I have never understood why this ersatz lager has come to represent the norm by which other beers are judged. Budweiser is a pale shadow of a beer, feebly hopped, and containing so many simple-sugar adjuncts in place of malt, that it hardly tastes like a beer at all. It has a strange sicky-sweet flavor, no mouth feel, no body, and just the slightest hint of hops. If you choose to drink it, be sure it is ice cold, so as to numb the palate to its offensive flavor. This is not a beer to savor; "Bud" serves one purpose: to get you drunk, cheap. If this is the face of American beer in the world, shame on us!
