By far the best Rick Stein book so far, but then all of his books are just great.

Rick Stein's Food Heroes by Rick Stein and James Murphy is another fantastic helping from the fantastic chef Rick Stein. His work is just brilliant, not overcomplicated, and is easy to prepare.

The variety of produce and recipes are superb, and even a novice cook will be able to follow his recipes. He has a foreword for each recipe telling you where it is from, and what inspired him to cook this etc...

I cannot fault this wonderful chef in any way, and this book is an absolute must for any foodie's collection. I cannot rate it highly enough.
