General Comments
Karbel Sun was excellent value, hotel meals were fantastic and great value, especially the fish. It was always very tidy, and rooms were cleaned everyday, and left with clean towels every other day. The staff were very entertaining, especially Mehmet, all very kind, inviting people, nothing was to much trouble. The only unfriendly member of staff, was the manager :(. Entertainment was good the first week, quiz nights, pool games, however seeing as we went at the last weeks of season, it was very minimal. The breakfeast wasnt great, but it was a typical Turkish breakfeast, which was good to experience, and get used to after the first two days, (olives, cheese bread, ext.) If you are the fussy type you can order an English breakfeast in the hotel, or go round to Phil's for a nice English brekkie.
One thing absolutely necessary is to have a Turkish bath and massage at the Belkecheze Beach, it is superb, and very cheap, only £18 for a bath and full body massage. The markets are held weekly, and make sure to barter as they always come down in price. Another necessity is the boat trips, 6 or 12, however the 12 visits little places, so it's best for the 6, you spend more time at the nicer places, very picturesque, and nice meal to go with it, all for around £5 each.
Fab Holiday, would go back anytime.
