Cheap. Small and light. Stylish-looking alternative to iPod. It should be a real winner.
I've ripped several CDs to the Gmini XS200 using Windows Media Player 10 with the default WMA 192kbs standard.
They sound great, but several times a file has stopped playing, leaving me with the message that the 'Track name' is unsupported.
Any ideas for sorting this out? or will I have to send the thing back?
The hard drive has occasionally stopped working for no apparent reason, so my patience is wearing a bit thin!
Some tags are just plain wrong! It told me that the Gorillaz were De La Soul (and I'm struggling to delete the useless entry).
The menu system on the Archos Gmini XS 200 MP3 player is a bit cumbersome (too many layers to get through to update the library and switch to random play).
The sound quality with WMAs 192kbs is remarkable, but see error in bad points!
