General Comments
Bacardi 151 is one of the highest-proof spirits on the American market. In that sense, it is what it is. Other than it's rocket-fuel alcohol content, this spirit has little to go for it. Best used as the "kick" in tropical-themed mixed drinks, a little goes a long way. For my money, a more flavorful and less-potent rum would be preferred. If you're drinking for the sole purpose of obliterating your senses, this rum's for you. If you're looking to infuse a little of the tropics into a pleasant evening, look elsewhwere.
