I brought a phone on the Fresh network as an XMAS present for my Daughter. We did not want to go for the direct debit option, so when the £15 we put on to get her started ran out, she went into the Carphonewharehouse to add £5 credit. We waited for 12 hours, and she still could not use the phone. I went back to the shop to be told that when the credit runs out, it is possible to use the phone for 48 hours for emergencies. During this 48 hours, £6.18 worth of calls were made (which she did not). I paid another £5 to get her back in credit, and requested an itemised bill. 5 days later, the extra credit has still not appeared on her phone, and I still waiting for the itemised bill. I have called the customer service number 3 times to be told that no one is available to take my call. Still trying!
