Bad Points

Customer service has been unproductive, and no one seems to have a clue of what is going on, and don't seem to care less about whether they have any customers or not.


General Comments

The availability from Virgin Mobile for a replacement product such as home chargers, is zero. No one seemed to care whether or not I remained a customer. I have made 6 attempts to get a charger for my phone, because they took my other phone charger and kept it. I cannot replace it because no one sells them. My phone is still under warranty, and I have not been able to use it for the last 3 months!
