Good Points

Quick and easy to set up.
Secure and decently priced.


Bad Points

No telephone numbers until recently.


General Comments

I think that EasySpace Web hosting are a good company.
Up until recently, they did not have customer service lines which was a negative point, as it meant that if you had a problem or question, you had to raise it via their web based ticketing system. This took time, and meant that you did not get an instant reply, like when you can phone some one. However, in another way, I was impressed that EasySpace did not have phone lines, as it meant that there must not be many people, meaning that the system was so well configured, that people were hardly ever needed!
Personally for me, EasySpace have been excellent.
I am not just an individual, I register domain names, e-mail accounts, and hosting contracts for many companies, businesses and individuals. EasySpace has, as I have already said, been reliable, easy, and reasonably cheap. I have been using the services provided by EasySpace for about five or six years, and will continue to. The only service I do not use, provided by EasySpace, is the hosting services. I provide my own hosting services now, at a lower price.
I believe EasySpace is great for people who want to quickly get a site up and running, and who have the relevant experience to set up a basic site. If you are new to the internet and the way sites are run etc... then you should maybe consider reading some books on it, or give EasySpace a call beforehand to see if they can help. (0870 755 5066)
I am not an employee of EasySpace, but I feel that the services are very good, and I can't understand why so many people are reporting bad experiences with them. I might add that I am based in the UK and therefore use the UK EasySpace. Maybe the other people that have made comments use a different branch of EasySpace.

    I use the Easy Space email service. They have added filters that I didn't ask for, which meant that I lost some important emails. Customer service is rubbish, if they pick it up in the first place.
