General Comments
When the Vodafone Mobile Connect 3G/GPRS Data Card works it is a dream come true, with good fast connectivity on the move. This is the future.
The main problem is that Vodafone Customer Service is something that leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth. Firstly, to get through it takes at least 15 minutes, and once you reach an operator they do not understand the first thing about Data Cards.
In the two months I have had my data card, I have had to phone the customer service centre 3 times (0 times for my phone which I have had for 18 months). Each time they were unable to resolve my problem, and each call took at least 3 hours of my day, as they pass you around the call centre until you just give up.
3G Data Cards are a must have, but just be sure you go with a provider who can offer you the support you will need.
