Good Points

Fast completion of scan. Finds relative spyware.


Bad Points

Unsure of honesty of the provider Pareto Logic, since installing their program XoftSpy.


General Comments

I have been getting scan results from running XoftSpy of a spy program psguard which it couldn't get rid of, and which I managed to eventually delete myself, yet XoftSpy is still telling me I have it on my PC, which I haven't??
Also, when I requested help in getting rid of this plague called PSGUARD, they sent me a message saying the problem had been resolved and that the issue was closed, when it definitely wasn't.
I have paid for one years use, and if XoftSpy continues the way it has started, then I won't be renewing it!

    I would avoid these products like the plague I have had more problems since downloading than ever before.

    I paid for this product last September, it has always popped-up to remind me I have to register it. Finally, I submitted lost key/ lost password. But keys they sent me will not unlock the program. Very frustrating, and no help from tech support. Auto answer then no followup. Finally got one screen to take the key but it won't get rid of first problem it finds. Reboot doesn't help.
    Dont recommend ParetoLogic.

    I paid for 3 keys but one PC will not accept any of these keys - no reply yet as far as I am awre from Xoft, next time I'm going for Kaspersy.
